Facial cosmetic surgery has long been a popular choice to refine and enhance existing facial features.

With the recent advancement in surgical technology many of these cosmetic facial procedures can be performed using minimally invasive techniques, resulting in less discomfort for the patient and a rapid recovery. All of these procedures can be performed in our OR suite, since our office has AAAHC accreditation. By performing facial cosmetic surgery in an office based setting, this allows us at Utah Surgical Arts to focus all of our attention on you during your procedure. Also, the cost of office based facial cosmetic surgery can be much lower when compared to having the procedure performed at a hospital. The surgeons at Utah Surgical Arts are uniquely qualified to diagnose and treat any facial cosmetic concerns. Due to their expertise in orthognathic surgery, the surgeons will be able to assess if the facial cosmetic concern is soft tissue, hard tissue or a combination of both. Surgical Procedures

• Chin Surgery (Genioplasty) increases or reduces the length and projection of the chin.
• Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) removes excess fat and skin from the upper and/or lower eyelids.
• Facelift (Rhytidectomy) provides a more youthful appearance by tightening facial skin, muscles and removing excess skin.
• Forehead/Brow Lift improves the position of the brow and reduces the amount of wrinkles in the forehead area resulting in a more youthful appearance.
• Nasal Reconstruction (Rhinoplasty) can reduce the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip and/or bridge of the nose.

Skin Treatments

• Botox Injections can reduce the signs of aging by reducing muscle activity, which create wrinkles.
• Chemical Peel (Obagi Blue Peel) involves applying a solution the skin that peels away the top layer of wrinkled or damaged skin. Resulting in healthier and younger appearing skin.
• Injectable Fillers (Restylane, Collagen, etc.) are synthetic or natural occuring material that are placed with small needles to help deminish the appearance of wrinkles in the skin.
